Processing Time

Custom Portraits : Current processing time for custom digital portraits is between 8-12 weeks. Physical add-ons (prints, stickers, cards) may add up to 10 additional business days to ship. If you purchased physical add-ons, you will receive an email update once your order ships.

Pre-made Items: If your order contains pre-made items only, it will take approximately 7-14 days to ship from the order date.

Tariffs - US Clients

Please note that tariffs apply only to physical items in your order. Digital items are not subject to tariffs. All physical items will be charged a 35% tariff, which will be calculated at checkout. Your shipment will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there will be no unexpected fees upon delivery.

To help accommodate these changes, we have reduced the base prices of stickers for U.S. customers. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these new requirements and hope you continue to enjoy our products hassle-free.

Free Shipping for Orders Over 150$*

We offer free shipping in Canada and the US for orders over $150 (local currency).

* Please note that orders containing print sizes 11x14 or 16x20 inches and over 10 greeting cards are excluded from this promotion due to the higher costs associated with shipping larger packages. To make it more affordable for our customers, Bear Maggie Collection already covers a portion of these fees.

Shipping costs & time are calculated at checkout and vary by weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimates in Canada:

  • Untracked letter mail (up to 15 stickers): CA$ 5
  • Tracked (everything excluding 11x14, 16x20, and 10+ greeting cards): CA$ 12-16
  • Prints sizes 11x14, 16x20 and 10+ greeting cards: CA$ 24

Estimates in US:

  • Tracked (everything excluding 11x14, 16x20, and 10+ greeting cards): US$ 9-14
  • Prints sizes 11x14, 16x20 and 10+ greeting cards: US$ 18
